For all those that feel attached to armoured vehiceles this model of the Mark I (male version) is a real high-light. Great care was taken to produce this absolute true copy of the original tank. The model is composed of more than 5000 parts.
Only high quality materials were considered for use.
All sheet-metal parts are made of stainless steel, are laser-cut and welded together using the TIG-process, or riveted using aluminium rivets.
The castings are all made of high-strength brass employing a process with wax templates as intermediates.
As with the original the drive consists, of 54 CNC lathe formed chain bearing wheels, two lead- and two drive wheels.
The bearings of the wheels are made of brass, the axles are stainless steel.
Optionally the Mark I can be equiped with suitable electromotors that via s special metal chain conect with the driving wheels.
All the doors and lids are on hinges and can therefore be opened and closed (eleven openings to enable sight, two entrance doors at the sponsons one at the rear-end of the tank, a roof opening, three machine gun openings and finally two for the driver`s orientation).
The accurate copies of the two wheels connected to the tanks rear end had the purpose to improve the manoeuvering of the vehicle in easy terrain.
The two cannons in the sponsons are vertically and horizontally adjustabel and if so required can be supplemented with remote control.
